Verify with the rental property that they are a current GoPromo member
that is participating in the Apartment Rebate Program.
When visiting a community, you or your leasing agent must put in
writing on the Guest Card that you have used a GoPromo source to find your
new apartment.
Without this written documentation you will lose your ability to collect
any rebates. $100 rebate is paid on a 12 month lease, short term leases
are pro-rated. You must submit your rebate claim within 90 days of moving
into your new apartment home and your name must appear on the lease
agreement as a leaseholder. You must sign a new lease at a property you
found using a GoPromo source. A rebate check will not be granted for
renewing an existing lease or moving into a new apartment within the same
community. If you (or anyone leasing with you) have signed a previous
lease agreement you will not qualify to receive the rebate. If you found
the property using services or persons other than a GoPromo source with
the guest card as proof, you will not qualify to receive the rebate. Only
one rebate will be granted per lease signed. If different co-signers of
the same lease submit separate claim forms requesting a rebate, it will be
